WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day .

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery in Italy is expected within 3/4 working days.

Please note that some products may require 6/8 days because they are in a supply phase and therefore require more time for shipping.

In the case of orders placed via bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier when the payment is confirmed and deposited into the incanto.it current account.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

To make a return/exchange you must access the account in the orders section and select request return . A Return Code will be generated and you will receive all the information necessary to proceed with your request. Customer Service will provide a prepaid return label : the return is at the customer's expense.
